What is a Serviced Apartment?

A serviced apartment is a residential property, let out on a nightly, weekly or monthly basis and serviced weekly. Just as you would expect from a hotel. Furnished to high standards, there is a variety of property types and sizes to provide you with a spacious home from home experience without the confines of a hotel room.

What are the Financial Savings of choosing Serviced Accommodation?

Our serviced properties are very competitively priced compared to hotels. Stays of over a week even more so. Many properties are individually priced and our sales team will be happy to discuss rates to suit your location and budgetary requirements.

Why should I choose a Serviced Apartment?

The benefits of choosing serviced accommodation over hotels are many, space being the greatest, With a one bedroom apartment, for example, you will have living space, a kitchen plus the bedroom and bathroom compared with the bedroom and ensuite you get with a hotel. They have as standard, satellite TV and broadband internet. Further savings can also be made as the properties enable self-catering in the fully fitted kitchens.

What can I expect from my Serviced Apartment?

You can expect a real home from home experience. Our apartments and houses are chosen and furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. We aim to deliver first class service from enquiry through to departure and are driven by customer satisfaction. All of our properties feature SKY HD TV, broadband wireless internet, fully equipped kitchens.

Is there a Minimum Length of Stay?

This will vary according to location with some as short as one night through to 6 Months.  Please talk to our Reservations Team on 01344 360077 to discuss your needs.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs. We take care of all the bills, from heating to the internet. Some apartments are equipped with pay as you go style landline phone, this requires an account to be opened by the guest with GOTALK and all calls from this phone are deducted from the account.

Do you offer discounts on longer stays?

Yes, discounts are offered for long term bookings. Our Reservations Team will be happy to calculate discounts and rates for you depending on the length of your enquiry.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made by Credit or Debit card via a secure online payment link or Bank Transfer, Company Invoice or paid directly into our bank. Payment is required prior to check in unless credit account facilities have been agreed.

Can I view the Apartment before deciding?

We will do our upmost to ensure you are able to view your property before you commit if you wish to do so. If the property is currently occupied, then a viewing of a similar property may be arranged. Our sales team will arrange this for you

How do I make a Reservation or Booking?

As soon as you are interested please give us a call or email. If you are not sure about certain elements of your requirement, we will be pleased to help, just call the Reservations Team who will assist you with your enquiry. Online booking and payment are also available.

Is there anything else I can pre-book?

Extras but not limited to such as travel cots, camp beds and fans can be booked in advance, (Charges may apply) If you have a special request let us know and we will do our best to arrange that for you.

How do I check into my apartment?

You will be sent the address of your property and all arrival instructions upon booking and our operations team will contact you to agree how you wish to Check In.

What time is your office open until?

Our office is manned from 08:30 until 18:00 Monday – Friday. The phones are manned outside of these hours and we are able to take your calls. 

When do I need to Check In and Check Out by?

Unless otherwise pre-arranged the earliest check-in time is 15:00, check out is by 10:00.
